There has been some positive changes and new developments over the 4 months since our last newsletter. We were thrilled to announce the acquisition of TFS Healthcare and Soleus People in August making us the fastest growing provider of healthcare professionals across the UK. 

Also, with the recent removal of all non-framework agencies from the NHS, we are proud to be a Tier 1 Framework Agency working with over 150 clients across the UK, which we are looking to grow even further over the coming months and into 2025. 

We are now also able to offer you a wider range of specialist roles across the app for you to book including HCA’s, mental health and acute roles. 

We recognise that the landscape is changing for agency workers. Shifts are becoming harder to secure as the market becomes more competitive, particularly in some regions. To provide some perspective a large percentage of demand is being filled within 4 minutes of being released, and the lead time for shifts being requested is now just 3.5 days where it was up to 14 days only a few months ago. So, you see being prompt and a sense of urgency is becoming the No1 priority for us and for you to secure those shifts. 

To counter this issue, we have introduced Auto-book to the app. If you choose the ‘Auto-book me’ option rather than just ‘Notify me’ option, your shifts will be automatically booked to match your provided availability and preferences, meaning you have a lot less risk of missing out or being cancelled. 

We think this is a positive new function within the app and providing you with a great new benefit.
