As an agency worker within the NHS, redeployment is often part of daily operations as trusts work to ensure safe and fair staffing across all wards. This may sometimes mean you will be asked to transfer to different hospital sites within the same trust.
While working with Altrix Group, it is important that you follow all reasonable requests, instructions, policies and procedures. You may also be asked to move to another ward or department, provided you’re competent to carry out the duties required, within the scope of your practice.
We, of course understand that there may be occasions when a refusal happens, and we are here to support you through that process. However, it’s important to remember that repeated refusals may impact the availability of future work.
