Making changes to your payment details

The Altrix Group App gives you full control to choose how you want to be paid. You can select Altrix PAYE to be paid weekly direct by Altrix with no Umbrella Company payroll fees or you can choose to use your preferred Umbrella company. You will notice that the Altrix PAYE rate displayed for the same shift appears as a lower rate, this is because employer deductions (like Employers National Insurance) have already been accounted for, whereas Umbrella companies need to make these same deductions to the Umbrella rate displayed before you receive your final net pay. As nearly all roles that are placed by Altrix are subject to PAYE and NI, the pay you receive via Altrix or an Umbrella Company should be very similar, although Altrix will not charge you a processing fee. 

Please note that if you select Altrix PAYE on your app you cannot switch back to Umbrella for 28 days because we enroll you on to our payroll platform.  

 We work with several Umbrella companies; some offer same day payment while others will pay weekly. If you want more details on the Umbrella Companies that Altrix works with, please ask your consultant. If you select a different Umbrella company that change will be effective immediately, so please ensure that you are registered with them prior to making this change on the app.  

Please note that the timesheet submission deadline will move to 9am instead of the previous 10am from Monday 11th November. Timesheets will be required to be submitted for all shifts including TFS Healthcare members who do not currently submit timesheets.

The new timesheet submission deadline will align the different deadlines and processes across Altrix, TFS Healthcare and Soleus People to help ensure we can process all shifts within Umbrella and Bank timeframes.
