Hopefully you have now heard about and are using our new Availability and Auto-book feature in your app.
This great new feature really does allow you to secure the shifts you want, particularly if you choose the Auto-book me function. Below is an explainer video to help you get set up, if you haven’t already, and to show you how to use all the options within this new feature.

Remember the Auto-book me function provides more guarantee of the shift being secured than the Notify me option. And please aways make sure you are available and able to work any shifts that you have entered as being available. Availability can be updated easily from within the app and this is the only way the Altrix Group will collect availability going forwards, so to ensure you get the shifts that you want please make sure you have updated your availbility If you are automatically booked into a shift from your availability and need to cancel our normal terms apply which are 12 hrs notice by contacting your advisor.
