Introducing the new Altrix Loyalty Programme: Altrix+
Altrix is delighted to announce that today we have launched our new loyalty programme, called Altrix+
From Friday 1st October 2021, all Altrix nurses who work more than 40 shifts within 12 months will receive higher referral fees, free additional training and free NMC renewal!
The loyalty programme is designed to reward you for your hard work and dedication – so the more you work, the more you get!
So that you can keep track, we’ll be emailing you the total number of approved timesheets at the end of each month, along with other useful information.
Here’s a quick guide to everything the programme has to offer!
Once you’re compliant, you automatically become a Purple Nurse! This means you receive free mandatory training and £250 for every nurse you refer once they work 10 shifts. You can see your status and the progress of your referrals in our app, and we will email you a breakdown of all your hours worked at the end of each month.
Once you’ve worked 40 shifts within 12 months of your first shift after October 1st 2021, you’re a Silver Nurse! In addition to the purple benefits above, your referral fee is increased to £300 and Altrix will refund your annual NMC renewal fee! You also now qualify for up to 86 free additional e-Learning courses which can contribute towards your revalidation across the following five areas:
- Health and Social Care
- Health & Safety
- Soft Skills

We’re working on future plans to make this even more attractive – watch this space! Future updates will reward nurses who work the most shifts, such as higher referral fees, freebies from well-known high street stores, CPD webinars and a 2nd uniform!
