What do you need to be compliant?

As a framework approved agency working with the NHS, the quality of patient care and safety is of vital importance, therefore our process to become compliant has to be rigorous. To become compliant, you will be required to supply the following:

  • Proof of right to work in the UK
  • Proof of ID
  • 2x proof of address (within 3 months)
  • Professional diploma/ Care Certificate (if applicable)
  • BLS & Manual handling (practical training)
  • Mandatory and Statutory online training modules aligned with the Core Skills Training Framework
  • Proof of Immunisations
  • Current DBS Certificate (last 12 months) – ex-offenders will undergo a risk assessment to identify suitability for roles
  • Overseas Police Check (if you’ve lived more than 3 months outside of UK within the last 5 years)
  • Proof of professional registration
  • 2x passport photos
  • CV detailing work experience back to education
  • National Insurance number
  • Drug Calculation Test (if applicable)

  • Interview

All of these documents and checks will be required during registration via the Altrix app. Once the documentation is verified, you will be interviewed by a qualified healthcare professional.

Our team will be on hand to guide you through every stage of this process.

If you are not able to supply all of these documents, unfortunately you will not become compliant with Altrix

Need to revalidate?

Revalidation is the process that all nurses and midwives in the UK, and nursing associates in England, need to follow to maintain their registration with the NMC.

To help you continually develop and reflect on your practice, we ask you to revalidate every three years.

You can find the forms you need below and on the NMC website

If you need any help, please contact our Clinical Governance Team on cg@altrix.co.uk.
